RETURNS POLICY

For a valid return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return the order to us. Any return shipping costs associated with the return are at your expense.

We will only issue refunds for unused items that are received by us in resalable condition.

To initiate the return, contact customerservice@plusshops.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Service Department will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the exterior of the return shipment packaging. Upon our receipt of the return item, you will be refunded in full minus a 10% restocking fee. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

For returns of defective or expired products, you will not be charged for return shipping costs or the restocking fee. To return a defective/expired product, first contact customer service. You will be requested to provide photographic verification as to the defective nature of the product. Once confirmed by Customer Service, we (at our discretion), will replace the defective product or refund 100% of the purchase price.

 

THE PLUS BRANDS 90-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your Plus Brand product purchase. If you haven’t experienced satisfactory results with applicable products, we will refund your purchase, in accordance with the following conditions:

Applicable Products 

  • Fat Burner Plus
  • Cerebro Plus
  • Rest Plus

Before requesting a refund, you must have: 

  • Taken the product for a period of at least 90 days, and used as instructed by the packaging

We will require the following from you when returning the products: 

  • Your name, address and order number
  • All used and unused items that were sent to you
  • You must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Customer Service, and when sending the return shipment, you must write the RAN on the exterior of the shipment packaging

When you return the products to us: 

You must use the courier service as indicated by our Customer Service.

Upon successful return of the item(s), you will be issued a full refund, which will include any and all costs of return shipping. No restocking fees will be applied to Money Back Guarantee qualified returns.  

This guarantee is only available to customers who have purchased and utilized applicable products continuously for 90 days.

To claim your refund email CustomerService@PlusShops.com. Any money-back guarantee claim must be submitted within 100 days of initial purchase.

Please be aware that this product works differently for different people. Differences in genetics, metabolism and lifestyle can affect the time required to achieve the desired results. You may or may not experience immediate results.

If you fail to comply with ALL of the above conditions we are not be obligated to issue the refund
