Shipping & Tracking
All orders we receive are shipped on the day we receive them or on the following business day, with the exception of bulk or wholesale orders that require special handling. Orders made before 2pm EST will be sent out the same day on a best-effort basis. Orders made after 2pm EST will be sent out the next business day.
If you make your order during the weekend, it will be shipped out on the following Monday. If you make your order on a Holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
All shipments are sent via tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide us during the checkout process and will be sent within 12 hours of your order being shipped.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are given to us by the shipping companies, and occasionally shipments are delayed. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.
**Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on qualified orders with the continental USA. To qualify for Free Shipping, your order total must exceed $40.00, and your total order weight must be under 10.0 lbs. Orders under $40.00 are charged flat rate shipping of $4.99. Orders with weight exceeding 10.0 lbs are charged a "Heavy Item Shipping" rate based on total order weight.
- Orders throughout the continental USA with Economy or Free Shipping selected will be sent via USPS Priority, USPS First Class, or FedEx SmartPost:

- We also offer expedited shipping services on all continental USA orders, which include: FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2-day, FedEx Standard Overnight, and UPS Ground.
- FedEx Home Delivery: 3 – 4 business days

- FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day
- UPS Ground: 2 – 3 business days
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS Priority
- Expected delivery time: 5 – 10 business days
- Orders being shipped to Canada with Economy Shipping selected will be sent via FedEx SmartPost by default:
- Expected delivery time: 14 – 17 business days
Orders being shipped to Canada can optionally select to upgrade to USPS First Class International
- Expected delivery time: 3 – 7 business days
Rest Of World:
- All international orders shipped outside of the USA and Canada will be sent via USPS First Class International, or DHL Global Mail.
- Expected delivery time: 5 – 15 business days. Delivery time varies based on location.
- All order being shipped internationally (outside of the USA and Canada), can optionally select an expedited shipping upgrade to USPS Priority International, or UPS Expedited.
- Expected delivery time: 5-10 business days. Delivery varies based on location.
Please note: International orders can be delayed or held up in customs. Allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number prior to contacting us.
We regularly ship to all parts of the world. If you live in a country that has a local postal service then we can send to you. If you're still unsure, please contact our customer support.
Returning unused or unwanted items is easy. Simply contact CustomerService@PlusShops.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Service Department will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Upon issuing the RAN, they will also provide the appropriate information relating to returns including the return shipping address. Return shipping is at your expense, except in the event of a defective product or an administrative error with your order. Returned item(s) must be received in resalable condition. Once received and verified, we will issue a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.
